• Bath Towels, wash rags, hand towels, River Towels
• Toilet Paper, 13 & 39 gal. Trash Bags
• Your Groceries & Supplies; salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, coffee, filters, dish soap, & dishwasher det. If your rental has a dishwasher
• Bath Articles; shampoo, bath soap, laundry detergent & etc.
• Suggested Items; firewood for fireplace or campfire, matches charcoal for BBQ, camera, extra film & batteries, binoculars, bug spray, sun tan lotion, river chairs, river shoes or old tennis shoes, Fishing License, black oiled sunflower seeds for bird feeder, sugar to make nectar for hummingbird feeders 

*Beer & Wine Is Now Sold in Leakey & Sabinal; Hard Liquor sold in Uvalde.
No Alcohol Sold in stores at Utopia, Rio Frio or Concan.

*Cell Phones Don’t Work Everywhere, the Hills cut out signals from the Towers;
**The Towers are AT&T - Only AT&T Cell Phones work here!
But, Don’t count on anyone reaching you that way. If your cabin has a phone, give family that number, & bring a calling card to make long distance calls.

Our Cabins & Vacation Homes are Comfortably Furnished with -

• Heat, Air Conditioning & Ceiling Fans
• Fully Equipped Kitchens- silverware, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, Microwaves, coffee makers or coffee percolators
• Kitchen Towels & Pot Holders
• Sheets, blankets, pillows furnished for all beds & sofa beds
• Picnic tables, patio chairs, BBQ grills & utensils
• Hummingbird feeders (only use white sugar & water, no red dye)
• Bird feeders (only bring black oiled sunflower seeds)

*Not All Lodgings have - telephone, TV, stereo/radio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace or hot tubs. So, check the property amenities to be sure what each has.

**If you are traveling by plane or bike; Towels available upon Advance Request,
at No extra charge. But please let us know at least 2 days in Advance.
